ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGATTA

Eligibility: The Victoria regatta is open to all current AMYA Victoria Class Model Sailboat registered owners, the ODOM class regatta is open to all current AMYA ODOM Class Model Sailboat registered owners. Participants must be members in good standing of the American Model Yacht Association (or their appropriate national authority).
The regatta is limited to the frequencies available, no limit on 2.4GHz. We will be accepting entries on a first come first serve basis for 75MHz & 27Mhz. We anticipate a good turn out, so get your entries in ASAP if you are interested in attending.
Entry: Any eligible owner/skipper may enter the regatta by completing and returning the Registration Entry Form (click link bottom of this page), together with an appropriate check, to the address indicated.  To be eligible for frequency assignment, the Entry Form should indicate as many available frequencies as possible, or 2.4GHz. for each boat entered.
Entry Fee: Entry fee will be $15.00 for each class sailed, or $25.00 for both classes. The fee will include lunch on the day or days of the class regatta.
Measurement: Measurement will be conducted at the time of registration, on a random basis, or as determined by the Regatta Chairman and/or the Class Secretary.

Sailing Instructions:
A copy of the Sailing Instructions, frequency assignments, maps and schedule will be emailed or mailed to all entrants, after the close of entries, on or about August 22, 2009. This electronic notice is in advance of the formal mailing notice, which will include all the rules, policies and details of the regatta. There will be no appeal of a protest committee decision if that appeal could affect any boat's promotion or relegation.
Regatta Site: The regatta site will be at Harper Lake in the city of Louisville, Colorado.
Sail Numbering: The visibility and readability of your sails will be scrutinized and/or tested during check-in.
Prizes: AMYA green chevrons and individual awards will be awarded to the three top finishing positions.
